I do believe that the baby will come when the time is right no matter what you do. It seems that whatever mom happened to be doing before labor started always gets the credit for making it start. This includes sex, walking, eating spicy foods, etc. But with that said, I do think that those natural prostaglandins are very important for softening the cervix the last month of pregnancy and helping things along a little bit.
